Radiological Infromation Systems
The reporting is made on the same day the patient’s images are taken.
• The routine patient goes to the hospital. The doctor requests the necessary tests and leads the patient to the imaging department.
• The patient goes to the imaging center. The technician at the center produces the requested images.
• The images drop automatically to the Nappacs server.
• When the images appear on the doctor’s Nappacs system, the images are examined an a voice record is produced.
• The voice record is transferred to the rpt. The rpt converts the voice record to a report.
• The report of the patient is written and sent automatically to the hospital’s system.
• The patient is automatically registered to the system. The requesting doctor may view the report from ProtekRapor. If the patient wishes it, it is possible to download the report in PDF or Word format and to print it out.
The reporting system is accessible on the web and does not necessitate any installation. The web application is straightforward and very easy to use. It has an interface compatible with mobile devices.
DICOM Viewer (Report Organization Approval):
DICOM viewer enables the images to be seen on the web and the possibility to approve the written report or to cancel that approval.
Voice Record:
The voice record of the doctor reading the report of each patient, is uploaded to the system. The requesting doctor has the chance to listen to the voice record as well. Definition and Editing of a Report Template: Necessary templates are defined on the system by the software team. The users may work with the template they deem useful.

It offers doctors the possibility to edit the previously added templates.
Authorization of User Roles:
The admin can appoint users authorizations or limit their authorization to certain data.
Firm Statistics:
For any predefined time period for each firm, the system offers the possibility to view the number of images made, how many of these are MRs, CTs. It also offers report distribution statistics based on days.
Invoicing (monthly firm-based):
Shows patients on each invoice as well as the date of their transfer to the HBYS, imaging date, report preparation date etc.
Report Downloading (In PDF or Word formats):
It offers the possibility to download the written reports on PDF or Word formats. It is possible to select the patient and download reports one by one as well as a bulk download.
Bulk download:
It offers the possibility to download all reports written within the time period determined by the user.
Transferring Reports to Excel:
The feature enables to see whether the patient is ER, the name of the secretary, doctor, whether the data has already been transferred to the HBYS, the hospital it comes from etc. Viewing reports as pdf: It offers the possibility to download reports as a PDF file.
Protek Chat:
The reporting program also offers a chat feature. The aim is the facilitate the communication between online users in the system, which enables to reach technical support in the fastest way. Communicating with reporters through Chat,

Viewing the Patient’s Pervious Reports: It enables the user to view the previously written reports on the patient. This gives an opportunity to compare the course of the disease.
Entering a request, marking as ER, recording the medical history:
In case more than one reports are requested on one image of the patient, the possibility to enter requests is given. The medical history will give the reading doctor a deeper insight on the patient.
